Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Signshot (“we”, “us”). They cover the Signshot app and the pages at erashot.app. You agree to them before your first publication or collection, and by using Signshot.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Signshot on devices you own or control, under these terms. Nothing here limits rights an open-source licence gives you in the software itself.

Solana Mobile

These terms are between you and us only. Solana Mobile, Inc., its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Solana Mobile Parties”) are not a party to these terms and have no responsibility or liability to you in connection with Signshot, anything published through it, or any Solana Mobile program, including the Solana dApp Store.

Publications are permanent

A publication — the photograph, its title, its caption and its edition record — is stored on Arweave and recorded on the Solana blockchain. It is public and permanent, and it cannot be deleted by anyone: not you, not us, not Solana Mobile. We can only hide it from Signshot’s own views. Other apps, gateways and explorers may still show it. Blockchain transactions, including collects, purchases, prices and transfers, cannot be reversed.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in what you publish. You confirm that you have the right to publish it, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in Signshot and on erashot.app.

What you may not publish

You may not publish, or use Signshot to share, content that:

• is illegal or promotes illegal activity, including illegal drugs or selling age-restricted products to minors;
• sexually exploits or abuses children, or depicts the abuse of children in any way;
• is pornographic or sexually explicit, or promotes prostitution;
• infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark or other intellectual property;
• violates someone’s privacy, including their private information or images of them taken or shared without their consent;
• is hateful, harassing or threatening, or incites hatred or violence against people for who they are, including their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity;
• depicts gratuitous or real-world violence or dangerous activity;
• is deliberately misleading, including deepfakes, false claims of affiliation or endorsement, false health claims, false election content, and content made to be confused with another brand or service;
• tries to get people to weaken their device’s security settings.

Reports, hiding and blocking

Anyone can report a publication with Report in the app, or by email to support@erashot.app. We review reports, and we can hide publications and creators from Signshot’s own views at our discretion, with or without a report. Hiding deletes nothing.

Block hides a publisher’s photographs from your own views on that phone. Unblock undoes it.

Disputes

If someone else’s publication concerns you — your photograph, your likeness, your work — report it, or write to support@erashot.app with the edition address and what you are asking for. We will review it and tell you what we did. We are not a party to transactions between users and cannot reverse them. For a dispute with us, write to us first; we will try to resolve it with you before either of us goes elsewhere.

Wallets and costs

Signshot never holds your wallet’s keys. You approve every transaction in your wallet and pay its network fees; a price a publisher sets is paid to that publisher. Check what your wallet shows before you approve.

No warranty

SIGNSHOT, ERASHOT.APP AND EVERYTHING PUBLISHED THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE AND THE SOLANA MOBILE PARTIES MAKE NO, AND DISCLAIM ALL, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DO NOT WARRANT THAT SIGNSHOT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, SECURE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, NEITHER WE NOR THE SOLANA MOBILE PARTIES SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, USE, DATA, DIGITAL ASSETS OR FUNDS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO SIGNSHOT, ERASHOT.APP, ANY PUBLICATION OR ANY TRANSACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING SIGNSHOT. Where the law does not allow an exclusion or limitation, it applies to the fullest extent the law does allow.

Ending

You can stop using Signshot at any time. We may stop offering it, or refuse service to anyone who breaks these terms. Publications stay on Arweave and Solana either way.

Changes

We may change these terms. When a change needs your agreement, the app asks you to agree again before your next publication or collection. The version and date above say when they last changed.
